This is a mobile service. There is no showroom and no sample room, which is deliberate rather than a limitation — the condition of your concrete decides most of the quote, and you cannot see that in a storefront.
Union County
Old slabs, river towns, and the busiest roads in the state.
Union County is some of the most built-up ground in New Jersey, and its garages and basements show their age in ways a new-construction brochure never mentions.
The concrete is older than you think
Much of the county’s housing is more than sixty years old, poured long before a vapor barrier under the slab was standard. That missing layer is exactly what the vapor barrier step puts back.

Somerset County
Bigger garages, finished basements, and the Raritan.
Somerset runs from river towns to horse country, and the floors here range from flood-prone basements to three-car garages on large lots.
The Raritan and the Millstone rise
Manville sits where the Raritan and the Millstone meet, and it has flooded again and again — Ida put water into homes across the town. Moisture pushing up through a slab is the one condition that defeats any coating — that is what the vapor barrier step is for.

Middlesex County
Bay towns, warehouse floors, and a lot of garages in between.
Middlesex is suburbs, cities, the Raritan Bay shoreline and one of the biggest warehouse corridors on the East Coast — often within a few miles of each other.
The bay comes up
Sayreville and South Amboy took real flooding in Sandy. Near the bay and the lower Raritan, water sits close under a slab, and moisture coming up through concrete is what the vapor barrier is there to stop.
Commercial floors off the Turnpike
The warehouses and light industrial buildings around Cranbury, South Brunswick and Edison run on floors that take forklifts and foot traffic all day. They are bought on downtime and durability, not looks.

Monmouth County

Monmouth gets road salt from November to March like everywhere else. The shore towns get salt air the rest of the year as well, and bare concrete absorbs both.
The Bayshore floods

Barrier islands, raised houses, and sand everywhere.
Ocean County is almost all coast or Pine Barrens, and both put a slab under more stress than a brochure floor ever sees.

The standard move in this trade is to generate a page for every municipality in the state with the town name swapped in. Google treats those as doorway pages and penalizes the whole site for them. A town page here goes up when there is a finished floor in that town to put on it.
